The Annual Timex Commander Gander Road Races are scheduled for August 5th. Mark your calendars! More details to follow.

All runs leave from the front entrance of the Arts and Culture Centre. Some runs may move inside the Gander Community if weather dictates.

Congratulations to Tim Barnes of the Runway Running club for his performance at the

2010 NLAA Indoor Invitational Track and Field Meet at Memorial University Field House, St. John´s

April 24, 2010. Tim ran the sr high boys 800m and 1500m finishing with times of 2:16.3 and 4:50.43 . Both were good for first place.

Exploits Road Runners will be hosting Aliant Centennial Cup 10k and 5k Sunday June 20th 9am
